15-gallons (125 lbs) limit per car, per day

FREE for all Stanislaus County households

Waste must be home-generated

NO Business generated wastes will be accepted during weekend drop-off

NO containers larger than 5-gallons

NO out-of-county waste accepted

Very Small Quantity Generators
Small businesses may dispose of hazardous waste upon approval. To see if your business qualifies, call 209-525-6700. Business waste is accepted by appointment only and will not be accepted during residential operations.
Household Hazardous Waste Reuse Program
Some items that are received at the HHW facility are still perfectly good to use. These items are set aside and each Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., the general public can come look through the items for their own use for free!
