Senate Bill 1383 expands the requirements of businesses and residents generators regarding their waste collection and recycling services. The regulations require that all generators in highly populated census tracts to be subscribed to a compliant waste collection service that will help the State meet its targets in reducing the amount of waste that is sent to landfills.
